What the report says
Trained spotter in Glouster, OH reported that portions of Kennedy Rd and Oakdale Rd that parallel Sunday Creek are experiencing minor flooding. Roads are still passable and advised the water is not rising anymore, it seems to be crested. The memorial park is flooding in spots though.
