What the report says
Trained spotter reported an 18 inch diameter tree was blown down in Upper Sandusky. Also, powerlines blown down along with Semi blown on the side on Hwy 23. In addition, several windows blown out and roof damage to Route 30 Harley-Davidson. All damage occurred on the north side of Upper Sandusky.
