Lookup
Storm reports near a place
Every NWS storm report within the distance you choose of an Ohio city, village or Census place, for the dates you choose. Distances run from the place's Census centre point.
One lookup covers up to 366 days. The ledger starts on January 1, 2021.

Reports are filed where the observer was, not where all the damage was: a hail swath can be miles wide with one report in it. Storm reports are preliminary and unverified. For insurance or legal use, NOAA's National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI) publishes the checked Storm Events Database and can certify weather records.
