Rushing water down a hillside impacted several properties on Valley View Drive and Schadel Drive, with parts of Schadel Drive totally covered by flowing water. A small pond was overtopped.

Corrects time from previous flash flood report from 3 NNE Lancaster. An insurance building along Lancaster-Newark Road NE near Creekside drive was overrun with several feet of flowing water from Fetters Run. Six cars in the parking lot were also affected.
